Sony SL-HF860D Super Betamax Hi-Fi VTR in Original Box with Remote Mostly Works

Vintage rare machine, almost working
This is almost working.  When I opened it up it ejected the tape, then I inserted the tape again and played it, tested the remote (works), tested the fast forward, tested the picture in picture function, tested some small adjustments, and you can see I have a photo of it playing this Beta tape - but when I was done testing it it failed to spit out the tape
- it partially ejected it and then paused, then returns the tape, I tried 2-3 times but I don't want to break it, and I know these are valuable, so this one needs a little work and it should be good.
The tape included shows parts of spokane's world's fair from 1974 :)
This was purchased from a wealthy audiophile from eastern washington - who took very nice care of his equipment.  This unit looks very pretty, see many photos.
I hope it can find a good home.
